Music for the Office and its Sources in the Low Countries (1050-1550) 

All participants are requested to fill out and submit the registration form below.
The registration fee includes:

• All paper presentations
• Ticket to the nocturnal concert on Saturday 21/08 (ClubMediéval > Squarcialupi's White Pages) & the lunch concert on Monday 23/08 (Capilla Flamenca > Missa Ave Maria)
• Programme book Laus Polyphoniae 10 ‘MANU SCRIPTUM'
• Coffee, tea and biscuits in session breaks

Not included in the registration fee are:

• Accommodation and meals. For details of specially negotiated conference accommodation rates, see the website of the Alamire Foundation.
• Conference dinner (buffet): 40€
• Tickets to all other festival concerts; attendants of the conference can book additional tickets via 0032/(0)3 292 3680, at the ticket desk (AMUZ: Kammenstraat 81 - 2000 Antwerp) or one hour before the concert at the concert location. With the booking code "Alamire", a discount tariff of 10€/ticket will be granted.

The registration fee and conference dinner are payable in advance by bank transfer (in €), or cash at the conference.
